4 Instructions for use and maintenance

(1) Before use, pay attention to check whether the components are damaged during transportation, whether the connecting parts are loose, and then install and use them;

(2) Attention should be paid to the direction of gas flow during installation, and the position should be vertical;

(3) When the inlet and outlet are contracted, the flow of the component is reduced by about 10%, and the flow rate is reduced by about 7% when the filtration accuracy is increased by one grade;

(4) With protective cover components, must use the protective cover fixed before use, to avoid danger;

(5) Using the valve or valve filter, should be adjusted to adjust the handwheel to zero, and the pressure gauge plugs are respectively arranged at the corresponding position of the valve or the valve filter, and ensure that it does not leak (pressure gauge, plug installation position can be interchanged), then adjust the ventilation. Corresponding to the pressure.

(6) The use of oil mist, oil valve needle should be adjusted to the zero position, add lubricating oil to the oil level line properly, then according to the need of ventilation after adjustment to the appropriate position, note: lubricating oil brand, can not use the spindle oil and a small amount of ketone;
