In the cutting process, cutting torch to maintain the same high plate is an important condition to ensure cutting quality.  Product Features:      ▲KD2 can be set according to the adjust of torch height, torch height on the uneven surface of the continuous plate, so as to ensure the torch to the height of the steel plate is kept constant.

    ▲KD2 adopts the capacitive sensing principle of capacitive sensor will change the distance between the torch and workpiece into a corresponding electrical signal, the input logic control circuit after processing PWM drive motor control circuit. 
    ▲The PWM control circuit drives the DC service motor through the H bridge.
    KD2 the shell is made of aluminum die-casting shell specially designed, has the advantages of small size, easy installation features. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum material ensures the good heat dissipation effect of the HFA2, and the fully enclosed structure is better adapted to the harsh working environment.
    ▲KD2 circuit adopts special control chip and high quality components. The modular power supply is introduced, the logic input relay is isolated, and the system reliability is enhanced. In function aspect, system control, speed regulation and manual speed regulation are added”.
